PawTrips is a real operation, not an app. Here's the full journey, front-to-back. Most of it happens out of sight — that's the point. Door to door, your dog is out for at least 3 hours, including their walk.

Sign up & add your dog
Make an account and add your dog — confirm their vaccinations and you're approved instantly, ready to book. No certificate to hand? Self-certify and bring it to your first pickup.

Pick an adventure
Open the calendar, pick a day, pick your dog. Every day is one of four kinds — a fell day, a beach day, a forest day or a secure field day — and we pick which the night before. Pay in two taps.
- Night before
Pre-adventure check
We re-verify vaccinations are in date, run a compatibility check for the day's pack, and confirm weather. If anything won't work, you hear from us — before you wake up.
- Evening before
Route assembled
The route is built from the live bookings the evening before. Pickup windows are staggered so no dog waits on the bus longer than necessary.
- Within a 15-minute window
PawTrips arrives
Your pickup time arrives by email, and we'll email again if it changes. Driver greets you, dog walks on — electric ramp if they prefer. Pup pod with a window view. Doors closed, classical on low.

Arrive
Drop-offs are staggered so dogs introduce one or two at a time, not as a wall. Lead handler on the ground. The walk starts.

Adventure
Supervised group walk — fell, beach, forest or secure field, whichever the weather called for. Off-lead running wherever it's safe and your dog is up to it. Fresh water on the bus, paw wash at the back. Photos and short clips throughout.
- Within a 15-minute window
Bus returns home
Same harnessed seat back. Driver hands your dog over at the door — tired, sometimes muddy, always happy.
- Same day
Photos + report in your account
A reel from the day in your dashboard by 4pm, plus a two-line report card on how your dog actually got on. Sociability, energy, anything we'd flag.
WHAT’S NOT ON THE LIST
Things you don't need to do.
- Re-prove your dog every time. Approval is a one-time thing. After that, just book.
- Wait for a phone callback. The calendar is real-time. If you see a slot, you can book it.
- Drive anywhere. Door-to-door pickup and return is the whole point.
- Wonder how it went. You get photos and a note by 4pm. Every adventure.
