Door-to-door dog adventures
Dog adventures in Preston
Preston proper is on the map. From Wednesday 2 September PawTrips collects door-to-door across PR1 and PR2 — the city centre, Fulwood, Ashton, Ingol, Ribbleton — and the south-side PR5 villages have been core coverage all along.
City dogs need it most. A whole morning off-lead-where-allowed in a group of no more than twelve — six dogs to each qualified walker, matched by temperament, never crated on the bus. Each dog rides harnessed in their own pup pod with a window seat, and you watch the bus on a live map the whole way.
Preston & Longridge adventures open with a Wednesday-afternoon first run on 2 September, then settle into Thursday afternoons, with more days opened as routes fill; the PR5 side rides Monday, Wednesday and Friday with Chorley & South Ribble. Photos from the day arrive in your dashboard the same evening, along with a short honest note on how your dog got on.

Where Preston dogs go
Real adventures, not laps of the block
Fell day
Open tops and big weather, for the dogs that need to really stretch.
Beach day
Sand to tear up at low tide, and a tide line full of smells.
Forest day
Quiet mid-week paths, soft ground and shade — easier on older joints.
Secure field day
Fenced the whole way round, for the dogs who need the space to themselves.
One of four kinds of day — a fell day, a beach day, a forest day or a secure field day. We pick the spot the night before, once we've seen the weather, the ground and which dogs are on board. Your dog is out for at least 3 hours, including their walk. See the calendar.

Preston & Longridge coverage is PR1, PR2 and the Longridge side of PR3, door to door, from 2 September. The PR5 river-south villages — Walton-le-Dale, Bamber Bridge, Lostock Hall, Higher Walton — remain core Chorley & South Ribble coverage. Penwortham, Hutton and Longton (PR4) are still waiting-list territory; the postcode checker on the booking page always has the current answer.
